3. Account Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
bad89 processes all financial transactions through Bangladesh's primary mobile financial services. The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

- 2Withdrawals are processed to bKash or Nagad only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 10 to 15 minutes during operational hours. bad89 does not charge a transaction fee on MFS withdrawals.
- 3All deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to accounts registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Any deposit originating from an account not matching the registered player's identity may be reversed.
- 4bad89 may delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a pending KYC review, an active bonus wagering requirement, suspected fraudulent activity, or a balance dispute. bad89 will notify the player of any such hold and the expected resolution timeframe.
- 5Currency on the bad89 platform is Bangladesh Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. bad89 does not accept foreign currency deposits or issue payouts in foreign currency.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
bad89 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
- 1Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit after completing registration. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the welcome bonus. The bonus is credited automatically to the player's account.
- 2All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the individual promotion page. Players must complete the rollover requirement within the stated time limit.

- 4Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Where a player holds multiple accounts and claims multiple welcome bonuses, all such bonuses and associated winnings will be voided and the duplicate accounts closed.
6. Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the bad89 platform, covering sports betting, live casino, crash games, and slots.
- 1All bets are final once confirmed. bad89 does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets except where the Platform cancels an event or market. In the event of a confirmed bet placed in error, bad89 is not obligated to cancel or amend the wager.
- 2In the event that a sporting event or market is suspended, cancelled, or declared void by bad89, all bets on that event or market will be settled as a void and stakes returned to the player's account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Prohibited Conduct

- 4Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain a financial advantage is prohibited. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable software error are void and may be recovered from the player's account balance.
- 5Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or registering on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Any funds held in such accounts at the time of discovery are subject to forfeiture.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
bad89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action without prior notice.
- 1Accounts suspected of fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or any violation of these Terms may be suspended immediately pending investigation. During suspension, access to funds will be restricted.
- 2Players may close their own bad89 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
- 3Where an account is terminated by bad89 for a breach of these Terms, bad89 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account to offset losses, costs, or liabilities arising from the breach. bad89 will notify the player of the termination and reasons where legally permissible.
10. Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bad89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bad89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bad89's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
